RedRadio provides access to live radio streams, podcasts, music, and community features. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
You retain ownership of content you post to the community feed, messages, and shoutouts. You grant RedRadio a license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights.
All radio station streams, podcast content, music, and branding on RedRadio are property of their respective owners. RedRadio and the Red Radio logo are trademarks of The Red Group. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any stream or content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedRadio and The Red Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
